GFRC is an engineered composite consisting of Portland Cement, aggregate, and glass fiber reinforcement. GFRC is a lightweight, thin shell product which can be used with a paint grade finish or supplied with an integral color and/or texture. Our GFRC products weigh about as much per square foot as a typical stucco wall. This allows our cast shapes to be attached to framing systems that are designed to carry the weight of Portland Cement plaster while also being strong enough to withstand weather and high use areas.
GFRC is the ideal material to use for but not limited to exterior columns, trims, panels, capitals, bases, balustrade systems, wainscot, pedestals, post and wall cap, etc. GFRC comes in a variety of standard molds but can also be custom cast. Unique and custom jobs can be cost effectively achieved with our craftsman and CNC machine.
